Andy Ang
Andy is a Research-Practitioner specialising in Business Development and Team Dynamics. He is actively researching in Knowledge Management and Employee Motivations.
Andy is an ACTA-certified Adult Educator, a graduate of the Advanced Facilitation Program (IAL), holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Management; and more recently being certified in Prompt Engineering and a Generative AI Professional from The Global Skill Development Council (GSDC). Andy is continually researching the latest, proven methods for building a high-performing team.
Andy has been helping organisations in the Education, Research and Healthcare sectors develop for nearly two decades. He has been instrumental in reducing operational overhead through process improvements, as well as increasing value via strategic realignments. This is only made possible by Andy’s ability to navigate across both inter- and intra- department while breaking down silos, enabling stakeholders to align towards a common goal.
Andy last served as the Business Development Director of a digital design company before starting his own practice as the Chief Director of a consultancy specialising in training and developing the competencies of companies.
